Before starting this cleanse, you must change your diet/lifestyle to the alkaline way for 3 weeks. We advise that you do this because foods such as meat, dairy, starch and processed foods will clog up the digestive system, producing disease and constipation. Remember, eating the wrong food got you into your diseased state. So eating the right food will get you out. After changing the way you eat for 3 weeks then you will do a deep cleanse in order to sweep out any remaining waste using this tea. The Colon cleanse nourishes the blood and simultaneously loosens and dissolves uneliminated faecal matter and deep-seated mucus caused by mucus-forming foods. Many of us are harbouring putrid foods stuck in our system for decades, which causes a build-up of mucus inside the intestines, and this is the direct cause of our physical, emotional and mental illnesses.
